Compact Wastewater Recovery Plant

In brewing processes, deaerated water is a valuable resource due to its high quality and significant volume. To ensure the efficient reuse of this water, we have developed a Compact Recovery Station, capable of adapting it for reuse in applications such as cooling towers, CO₂ washing towers and boilers.

 

The system was designed with a focus on removing organic matter, reducing turbidity and conductivity, as well as correcting pH - ensuring performance, economy and sustainability in the industrial process.

Semi-automatic Hydrated Lime Feeder

Industry: Beverages | Location: Manaus - MA

 

Developed to meet different industrial applications, the Semi-Automatic Hydrated Lime Feeder combines a compact and innovative design that facilitates installation and commissioning in the field.

 

This equipment is ideal for pH correction and effluent coagulation processes. Hydrated lime acts to separate suspended solids in the water, favoring decantation, the removal of impurities and pH adjustment - essential stages for efficient treatment.

Automatic Chlorine Preparer and Dispenser

Industry: Beverages | Location: Manaus - MA

Designed to optimize the disinfection process, this equipment efficiently meets the demands of chlorine dosing in water and effluent treatment plants. Its main objective is to oxidize organic matter and eliminate microorganisms, guaranteeing quality and safety in industrial processes.

The system automatically prepares the chlorine solution from concentrate, dosing precisely and proportionally based on the defined residual chlorine parameters - promoting control, economy and efficiency in the use of the input.

Compact Effluent Treatment Plant

Industry: Farmoquímica | Location: Monte Mor - SP

Designed to meet the demands of a highly sensitive sector, this Compact Effluent Treatment Plant integrates anaerobic and aerobic technologies to ensure efficient treatment of industrial effluents. The system has a UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) anaerobic reactor, responsible for the initial stage of organic matter degradation. Aerobic treatment is then carried out using a submerged aerated filter to remove the additional organic load and promote nitrification of the effluent.

A robust, compact and efficient solution - ideal for environments with highly complex pollutant loads and technical rigor.

Calcium Hypochlorite Dosing System

Municipal Water Company |Location: Guaratinguetá - SP

Developed for a municipal water supply company, this automated system aims to accurately correct the pH of the water, with dosing points installed before and after the Treatment Plant. The solution consists of a 30 m³ tank, equipped with a stirrer and recirculation pump, ensuring that the solids remain in suspension and the solution homogeneous. Dosing is carried out by screw pumps controlled via a frequency inverter, allowing fine adjustments and greater stability in the process.

This automation contributes to safer, more efficient and continuous control of the quality of the water distributed to the population.

Sleeve Dust Abatement System with Pulse-Jet

Industry: Uranium Mining Plant |Location: Caetité - BA

Installed in a uranium mining plant, this system was developed to effectively control dust emissions from the crushing and milling processes. Consisting of 49 filter sleeves and a flow capacity of 8,000 m³/h, the system sucks up particles with high efficiency, keeping critical environments - such as operating rooms - free of contaminants.

The solution guarantees greater occupational safety, environmental compliance and continuous performance, even under extreme operating conditions.

Industrial Effluent Polishing System for Reuse

Industry: Brewery | Location: Guarulhos - SP

To guarantee the efficiency and durability of an ultrafiltration membrane reuse system, we implemented a physical-chemical polishing system, with a lamellar decanter as a pre-treatment stage.

The variability of output parameters in conventional treatment plants can compromise membrane performance. With the new system, it was possible to stabilize the quality of the effluent, promoting a reduction in COD, total suspended solids (TSS) and turbidity.

The result is greater operational safety, consistent water quality and a longer service life for the membrane systems - ensuring the efficient and sustainable reuse of industrial effluent.
