COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
DETAILED HYDRAULIC AND MECHANICAL DESIGNS
A treatment system is, first and foremost, a hydraulic system. We calculate pressure drops, velocities, detention times, and pipe diameters to prevent hydraulic short-circuiting, sedimentation in pipes, and cavitation in pumps. Our construction detailing includes fabrication drawings for tanks, support structures, and interconnections.
GENERAL LAYOUT AND INDUSTRIAL PLANT LAYOUT
We deliver a general layout and plant layout optimized for process flow, operation, maintenance, and safety. We consider access points, sampling points, raw material storage areas, and sludge discharge points, everything that facilitates the operator’s daily work.
