MANUFACTURE OF MODULAR WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
We manufacture complete water and wastewater treatment plants in modular or skid-mounted configurations.
Each module is manufactured, tested, and then interconnected on-site. This reduces installation time by up to 50% compared to conventional construction and allows for future expansion through the addition of new modules.
BOILERMAKING AND
PROCESS VESSELS
Our boiler-making operations comply with strict standards for welding, alignment, and leak-tightness.
We manufacture equalization tanks, coagulation and flocculation reactors, decanters, clarifiers, and pressure vessels where applicable. We use carbon steel for conventional wastewater applications and stainless steel for applications requiring corrosion resistance.


INDUSTRIAL PIPING
AND UTILITY NETWORKS
We install complete industrial piping systems using the following materials:

Carbon steel (Schedule 40, 80, and others) for raw water, raw effluent, and sludge.

Stainless steel (OD and schedule) for chemicals, treated water, or reclaimed water. -
HDPE, PP, and PVC for specific applications such as acidic or alkaline water.
METAL STRUCTURES
AND SUPPORTS
All manufacturing includes the development of metal structures, equipment supports, walkways, and access platforms for operation and maintenance.
We design and manufacture these structures as an integral part of the process, ensuring safety and ergonomics for operators.


ELECTRICAL PANEL ASSEMBLY
AND AUTOMATION
We assemble electrical control and power panels, automation systems with PLCs and HMIs, and integrate control instrumentation and sensors (pH, turbidity, flow, level, pressure, temperature).
All wiring, identification, and loop testing are performed in the factory, reducing on-site commissioning time.

SOFTENING SKID
We manufactured a skid with four water softeners, capable of treating up to 100 m³ of water per day, for a petrochemical industry in the northern region of the country.

CARBON FILTER SKID + SOFTENER
Manufactured for flow rates up to 20 m³ per hour, with a filtration stage using a carbon filter. Bag filter system for resin protection, installed in a beverage industry in Paraná.

SLOWDOWN SYSTEM
Skid designed and manufactured to treat water hardness containing iron and magnesium in the oil industry in the Northeast region.

COMPACT STATION
REUSE STATION
Compact reuse station, with a treatment capacity of up to 2m³ per hour, with a carbon and zeolite filtration system + softening system.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
Installed at an aeronautical training school in the interior of São Paulo, for the treatment of sanitary effluents, with a flow rate of up to 500 liters per hour.

CALCIUM HYDROXIDE PREPARER AND DOSER
Manufactured for the preparation of calcium hydroxide, with a dilution and dosing system. Installed in a beverage industry in Manaus.
