IMPLEMENTATION OF WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Having a well-designed project and manufactured equipment is essential, but none of this yields results until it is installed, connected, and operational on the factory floor. At GIGWATER, the implementation of water and wastewater treatment systems involves rigorous planning, a specialized technical team in the field, and project management that prioritizes deadlines, safety, and quality.
We handle everything from mobilizing the team to the complete electromechanical assembly of the systems, including the installation of industrial piping (carbon steel, stainless steel, HDPE, PP, and PVC), the assembly of metal structures, and the installation of tanks, reactors, decanters, filtration systems, membranes, electrical panels, and automation. All of this is carried out with hydrostatic testing, quality control, and occupational safety management in compliance with NRs.
GIGWATER'S IMPLEMENTATION ADVANTAGES
Comprehensive and transparent project management, including a detailed schedule, resource allocation, logistics for materials and tools, and regular progress reports for the client.
A specialized technical team on-site, including assembly supervisors, certified welders, mechanical assemblers, electricians, instrumentation technicians, and occupational safety technicians.
Integrated electromechanical assembly, combining mechanical equipment (pumps, agitators, valves, filters, membranes) and electrical systems (control panels, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, cabling) into a single package.
Rigorous pre-commissioning tests, including hydrostatic tests, leak tests, motor rotation checks, instrument loop tests, and automation logic simulation.
Active coordination with client and third-party teams, adhering to maintenance windows, scheduled outages, and interfaces with existing utilities (water, compressed air, power, drainage).
Workplace safety as a priority, with compliance with NRs, issuance of Work Permits (WP), risk analysis (AST), and appropriate PPE for each activity.
CONSTRUCTION PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
We develop a schedule, mobilization plan, responsibility matrix, and logistics plan for the delivery of equipment and materials to the field. Construction management includes regular coordination meetings, photographic reports, and progress indicators.
FIELD TECHNICAL TEAM MOBILIZATION
We mobilize our own qualified teams supervised by GIGWATER, including professionals certified in welding, electromechanical assembly, NR10 (electrical safety), NR33 (confined spaces), and NR35 (work at heights). The team is sized according to the scope of the project and the contracted timeline, with a dedicated full-time Site Coordinator.

ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS
We perform the complete electromechanical assembly of all equipment that makes up the treatment system.
INSTALLATION OF INDUSTRIAL PIPING AND UTILITY SYSTEMS
We install piping networks using a wide variety of materials. We also install utility networks such as service water, compressed air, chemical lines, and drainage systems.

ASSEMBLY OF METAL STRUCTURES AND SUPPORTS
We assemble metal structures for equipment support, access platforms, walkways, and ladders. All assembly work strictly follows construction detail drawings and safety standards.
INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL PANELS, INSTRUMENTATION, AND AUTOMATION
We install control and power panels, PLCs, HMIs, field sensors, and actuators. We perform cable routing, point identification, terminal connections, and continuity and insulation tests. Integration with SCADA supervisory systems or IoT platforms is also part of our scope.

INTEGRATION WITH THE CUSTOMER’S EXISTING SYSTEMS
We interconnect hydraulic networks, utilize existing power points where feasible, integrate instrument signals into the existing supervisory system, and align operational procedures. All of this is done with minimal impact on the plant’s continuous production.
CONDUCTING HYDRAULIC AND LEAK TESTS
Prior to delivery for commissioning, we perform hydrostatic tests on all pressurized piping and tanks, as well as leak tests on open vessels and gravity systems. The tests follow pre-established procedures and are documented in reports signed by the quality team.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND NRS COMPLIANCE
The safety of our team and the client’s team is non-negotiable. We implement a risk management program, issue Work Permits (WP) for critical activities (work at heights, confined spaces, electricity, welding), conduct Daily Safety Briefings (DSB), and maintain a safety technician on-site throughout the project. All in compliance with applicable NRs.
PREPARATION FOR
ACTUAL OPERATION
GIGWATER does more than just install the system; we ensure that the customer is ready to operate it. After installation, we provide the following services:
OPERATING THROUGHOUT NORTH AND SOUTH OF BRAZIL
With its own team and specialized infrastructure, GIGWATER implements systems in industries across various sectors throughout the country.
Our logistical and technical capabilities guarantee the same. Quality and efficiency, regardless of the customer's location.
